Book Study

Book Study

Every summer Stonegate Ministry does a book study. This year’s book study is
“Disappointment with God” by Philip Yancey. “Philip Yancey has a gift for articulating the knotty issues of faith… (in this book) he poses three questions that Christians wonder about but seldom ask aloud: Is God unfair? Is He silent? Is He hidden?” Come and share in the discussion around these questions. Please note: you do not need to read the book in order to participate. Each week a summary will be presented followed by discussion questions.

This program will be held at the Wesley Mimico United Church office, located at 2405 Lake Shore Blvd. West, Unit 403.

Program Schedule: Wednesdays from 1:00pm to 3:00pm (August 7th , 14th , 21st , and 28th). To register please contact Emily at: [email protected] or (416) 523-8611.
